Bestees Shipping Policy

At Bestees, every product is custom made just for you. Because of this, shipping times are a little different than standard retail.

Production & Shipping Time

  • Our goal is to ship all orders within 10 business days.

  • In some cases, depending on the items ordered or production volume, processing may extend up to 14 business days.

  • Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and the shipping option selected at checkout.

Shipping Carriers

  • We primarily use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for domestic orders.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Delays

  • While we do our best to meet our shipping goals, unexpected issues (such as supply shortages, carrier delays, or weather events) may extend delivery times.

  • If we anticipate a significant delay, we will contact you with an update.

International Shipping

  • International orders may take longer to arrive due to customs and local carrier handling.

  • Any customs duties, fees, or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
